船用吊機（船吊）重新裝配液壓鎖時的注意事項

1、原則上全部密封圈都應(yīng)更換。更換時應(yīng)將其涂上液壓油，逐漸推入槽內(nèi)，特別要保護導(dǎo)控活塞上的0形圈，避免安裝時將其擠壞。
2、在將單向閥閥芯、導(dǎo)控活塞裝入配合孔內(nèi)時，要涂上液壓油；對準配合孔后，要邊推邊轉(zhuǎn)，禁止硬推或敲打。
3、在單向閥閥芯、導(dǎo)控活塞裝入后，必須檢査它們是否滑動自如，不得有阻滯現(xiàn)象。
4、拆除分解和重新組裝一定要在清潔的場所進行，室內(nèi)要灑水；拆卸與組裝的間隔時間不能太長。
